Foot Valves |
Fit a strainer basket to a check valves and you
have a Foot Valve. The combination
prevents solids from entering the valve whilst preventing
reverse flow. They are often used as pump inlet protection valves.
We carry stocks in the UK backed up by huge stocks at
head office in France.
We can convert virtually all our ranges of None Return
Valves to Foot Valves but, as standard, we
carry three types.
Foot Valves Threaded
A simple little Axial Check Valve with Brass body, Nitrile
& Nylon Disk and Stainless Spring and Filter Basket.
Rated 10 Bar up to DN25 (1"), 8 Bar up to DN50 (2") and 6 Bar
on the larger sizes, the ends are screwed BSP Parallel.
A good little work horse with an excellent hydraulic
profile.
The CC1142 Screwed Foot Valve comes in the following
sizes
DN 10, DN 15, DN 20, DN 25, DN 32, DN 40, DN 50, DN
65, DN 80, DN 100.

Foot Valves Flanged
Based on the CA 3241, Cast Iron Bodied Axial Check Valve
with Nitrile seat and stainless spring this valve is fitted
with a Galvanised Steel Basket. Drilled and rated PN16,
other drillings available. This combination makes these our most popular pump foot valves.
The CC3241 Flanged Axial Check Valve is available in
the following sizes
DN 50, DN 65, DN 80, DN 100, DN 125, DN
150, DN 200, DN 250, DN 300.

Foot Valves Wafer Pattern
Our popular Swing Check Valves are also available as Foot
Valves. Rated PN16 to suit PN16 and other flanges they are the
lowest cost Foot Valves available.
Type CC5200 in Plated Steel or Type CC6200 in all
stainless.
Both material versions of this wafer pattern Foot
